Mauricio Vivero - Founder
Mauricio has partnered with families, foundations, and corporations to implement over $200 million in grants to create social impact around the globe. He currently serves as Head of Partnerships for a private foundation in NYC and as corporate secretary of the Global Impact Social Welfare Fund.
Mauricio has provided strategic counsel and support to many organizations, including Segal Philanthropies, National Council of Nonprofits, Guidestar, the Center for Lobbying in the Public Interest and many more.
Mauricio was as the founding CEO of the Seattle International Foundation, serving for nine years. His professional experience also includes many years in the field of government relations, serving as Vice President of the Legal Services Corporation; Director of Government Relations for Independent Sector; and Director of Grassroots Lobbying for the American Bar Association.
Born in Cuba and raised in NYC, Mauricio hold a B.A. from Florida International University and a J.D. from Creighton University.
